Document Description
Spillway heel drain pipe repairs include excavation, removal of existing asbestos-concrete pipe, placement of new drain pipe, and backfill of excavations with pervious materials. Repairs are needed to restore the function of the existing heel drain pipes and to improve access to and along the existing spillway. All work will be conducted within DWR right-of-way.
