Document Description
Relocate some Monterey Pine trees to the front of the Phoebe A. Hearst Social Hall at Asilomar State Beach and Conference Grounds to restore the historic landscaping. Work will use a mechanical spade tool to remove two approx. 12" DBH, 25' tall Monterey pines, including root balls, from two nearby locations and place each tree in a 4'x4'x4' cone shaped excavation in new locations that are in close proximity to the Social Hall. Trees will be secured with cabling and watered regularly for approx. 1 year.
