SWRCB is a responsible agency for this project. The Board's Cleanup and Abatement (CAA) (SB826) Interim Emergency Drinking Water Funding Program is providing state funds for the project. The Project will be of the destruction of approx. 48 private wells along East Daleville, South Cherry and East Central Avenues that will be connected to and receive water service from the City of Fresno's water system due to drought-related water supply shortages or contamination in their private wells.
