- Document Description
- The La Habra Union Pacific Rail Line Bikeway Project will involve the installation of a bikeway and other related improvements within the city of La Habra. The La Habra Union Pacific Rail Line Bikeway entails the acquisition of 2.80 miles of the Union Pacific RR ROW, and the conversion of the northern portion of the ROW and public parks into a class I bike trail. The proposed project will be located parallel to the UPRR line ROW on its north side and into city parks. The bikeway will commence at the western boundary of the city of La Habra and will terminate at the eastern boundary of the city of La Habra. The bikeway will extend into two parks (Terraza Park and Guadalupe Park) and along one park (Portola Park) and will cross nine intersecting roadways (including Beach Blvd and Harbor Blvd).
