Document Description
A request by Jeffry & Mara Giroux and AT&T Mobility Conditional Use Permit DRC2016-00074 to allow for the construction and operation of a new wireless communications facility consisting of 12 8'tall panel antennas, 24 remote radio units, two 6' diameter microwave dishes, and five surge suppression units, all installed on a new 60' tall artificial eucalyptus tree. The project also includes a new 138 sf equipment shelter and a new diesel standby emergency generator, and associated equipment, all located within a 20'x30' lease area surrounded by an 8' tall wood panel fence. The proposed project will result in the disturbance of approx 1,750 sf, (including utility trenching) on an approx 2.5 acre.
