Class 1, 2, 3, 8, 11, 30 The proposed regulation will allow treatment of contaminated water, which may have been caused by the release of hazardous waste or substances for a cost of which would be less than $1 million. this will assure a viable and affordable means of providing drinking water that meets all drinking water standards to a public water system serving a small community that may not be otherwise able to readily afford centralized treatment.
