CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0564-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Michael Sebour. Project is limited to 1 encroachment. Encroachment 1 involves manual removal of sediment from approx. 250 linear feet of stream channel. A qualified biological monitor shall be on site during all work within the stream.
