Note: Review Per Lead The Carpenter Rd/Whitmore Ave intersection would be signalized and widened to accommodate existing and projected traffic, and to provide lane transitions and shoulder area. Each approach would provide a left turn pocket and a through right turn lane. Road widening on the northern approach of Carpenter Rd would require replacement of an existing bridge across a canal operated by the Turlock Irrigation District.
