CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0045-R6 (Revision 1), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the Conco Companies, San Sevaine Way Project includes the fill and diversion of an unnamed drainage for the construction of three commercial warehouse buildings and associated parking lots. The drainage will be redirected through a 48" storm drain that would outfall into san Sevaine Channel.
