Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2017-0076-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Mr. John Devoe. The project is limited to 3 encroachments. Each encroachment involves replacement of an existing 18" plastic culvert with a 24" corrugated metal culvert pipe. Related project work will include installation of a ditch relief culvert, road outsloping and rocking, and hydrological disconnection of surface runoff from the stream.

The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
