Document Description
The primary purpose of the Project is to stabilize the eroded banks of Hulbert Creek to protect property and structures. The proposed Project would include re-contouring the failing bank. The project site is approximately 65 feet long by 13 feet wide by 11.5 feet deep on the bank of Hulbert Creek. The applicant proposes to install keyed-in rock slope protection (RSP) along with live native willow stakes to reinforce the underlying native soils with RSP and plantings placed up the bank in a bioengineering design.
