NOE - Notice of Exemption
A portion of LaGrange Road, just south of its intersection with State Route 108, received minor erosion sinkholes behind the headwall of an assembly of three culvert pipes. The proposed project includes repairs to stabilize the fill behind the existing headwall.

After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15269 and Section 15301 of the State CEQA Guidelines. Emergency repair and restoration projects are statutorily exempt, as defined in Section 15269 and the repair of LaGrange Road, an existing roadway facility, is categorically exempt as defined in Section 15301.
