- The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0364-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Spring Mountain Hotel, LLC. The project is limited to: installing a prefabricated clear span bridge approx. 10-feet wide and 65-feet long supported by abutment mat foundations and excavating and installing two poured in place bridge abutments with associated wing walls, each approximately 12-feet long and 5.5-feet wide, at a depth approx. 5-feet below existing ground.
