- Document Description
- The city of Monterey Wyndemere Log Drop Project is located between Wyndemere Way and Greenwood Way, within a greenbelt area above Skyline Forest Drive, Monterey, CA, known as Wyndemere Gully. A seasonal drainage runs through the proposed project site. The unnamed, seasonal drainage receives runoff from the upstream watershed area as well as runoff from several streets and homes in the area. The seasonal stream in Wyndemere Gully is a tributary to the Harnell Gulch drainage area, which drains into Monterey Bay. The terrain at the proposed project site steep and includes a number of log drop structures to manage surface runoff and control erosion when the drainage is running.
