Project consists of the sale and assignment of 2,148 sq. ft. of restored Bailey Class 1b (SEZ) Land Capability restoration credit, from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel on which a new driveway will be constructed. The assignments enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Bailey Class 1b (SEZ) Land Capability areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
