Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildfire has executed Lake and Streambed Altercation Agreement number 1600-2017-0037-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Larry P. Lalaguna. In order to mitigate erosion occurring along the streambank of the North Fork Dibble Creek and increase freeboard on the Peppertree Lane Bridge, the Permittee will reconfigure the low channel of the stream away from the eroding stream banks and towards the center of the streams channel, bolstering the streambank with gravel and replanting native vegetation.
