The project proposal consists of the construction of two office/warehouse buildings on approximately 15.39 acres of land located on the east side of Eubanks Drive, at the intersection of Eubanks Drive and Chancellor Court. The applicant is proposing to merge four existing vacant parcels into two and construct two approximately 124,500 sf office/warehouse buildings. The site plan includes on-site landscaping, three driveways on Eubanks Drive and 249 on site parking spaces in addition to 94 truck trailer spaces. Both proposed buildings are one story tilt up concrete panel structures.
