The applicant requests approval of a Minor Use Permit (MUP) to operate a wildlife intake center in a building previously occupied by the Placer County Animal Services Center. The facility would be located on the Placer County Government Center campus at 11232 B Avenue and would initially occupy one of five currently vacant buildings, as well as utilize two outdoor fenced yards presently at the site. A second phase would expand the use to include tenancy in additional buildings on the site and another outdoor area, subject to approval from the Department of Public Works and Facilities.
