Document Description
The Department of General Services project includes tenant improvements and access barrier modifications for the Bureau of Automotive Repair Building consisting of removal of two existing doors and frames and close the openings with infill walls to match existing adjacent finishes; replace an existing damaged exterior metal door to match existing; demolish modular systems furniture and store as directed by the state; provide electrical, voice and data to new modular systems furniture and upgrade data cabling for the entire building, modify restrooms, drinking fountains and interior path of travel.
