The DTSC, pursuant authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, Section 25355.5(a)(1)(C) of the Health and Safety code, is proposing to approve a RAW for excavation of soil that is impacted with volatile organic compounds and in situ treatment of groundwater that is also impacted. DTSC is overseeing cleanup at the Site under an Imminent and/or Substantial Endangerment Order with the DeMartini family respondents.
