Document Description
The site is currently developed with a 29,208 sf medical office building, a 6,000 sf require a demolition of the medical office building, a birthing center building, carport and adjacent fencing and walls. The proposed project consists of the development of a 59,700 sf, two-story medical office building. Access to the site will be provided from both 11th Ave and San Bernardino Road. The project will provide 252 parking stalls. Two entrances are provided along San Bernardino Rd, one signalized and the other unsignalized. A third unsignalized entrance is located on 11th Ave.
