Document Description
This activity revises guidelines previously adopted by the California Energy Commission to establish requirements for projects appliying for ratepayer-funded incentives for solar energy systems pursuant to Senate Bill 1 (Stats. 2006, Ch. 132 (SB 1). The goal of SB 1 is to build a self-sustaining solar electricity market for the State's residential and non-residential buildings. The SB 1 Guidebook is revised to reflect changes in law and market conditions. Revisions are adopted by the Energy Commission pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 25784.
