Document Description
Repair and repaint the Sandpiper, Seagull, and Heron Buildings in the lodging area at Marconi Conference Center State Historic Park to maintain and preserve the building for future use. Work will patch and repair the existing siding and trim on the three (3) buildings as well as repaint the buildings' exteriors. All deteriorated materials will be replaced in-kind and the new paint will match the existing colors. All work will meet Secretary of Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
