Document Description
Subsequent to the prior Plot Plan 15-01 and Variance 15-01 approval on September 16, 2015, the applicant has proposed aminor change to the previously approved Plot Plan 15-01. The requested change includes a revised exterior paint palette to what was originally approved at the project's entitlement. According to the March JPA Development Code section 9.02.280, the March Joint Powers Authority has determined that tthe proposed changes associated with the previously approved develpment project are in substantial conformance with Plot Plan 15-01.
