Document Description
Design Plan 16-05, a Design Plan applicaiton for a 1,000,000 sq/ft warehouse distribution use on 48,027 acres within the South Campus of the March Business Center Specific Plan (SP-1, A5). The project ranges in height from 41' to 49' at a lot coverage of 47.8% and contains 327 parking spaces, 192 truck loading positions and 10% site landscaping. The Project is designed as a speculative building, no future tenant has been identified. On NOvember 7, 2016 the March Business Center Implementation Committee held a public meeting and approved the Design Plan Application Application subject to conditions of approval.
