1) Construct 2 intersection chokers with Rapid Flashing Beacons and handicap ramps to provide improved access across Fifth St; 2) Construct 1 rectangular rapid flashing beacon with raised median and detectable warning surfaces to provide improved access to Munoz Park; 3) Construct 11 new handicap ramps; 4) Reconstructed 1 handicap ramp to be ADA compliant; 5) reconstruct 5 driveways to ensure pedestrian crossing is ADA compliant; and 6) add detectable warning devices at 2 existing ramps within the El Camino school attendance area.
