- The purpose of this project is to securely enclose the yards of employee housing at the Toner property for family pets, personal property and containment of a law enforcement K9 unit. The proposed fence line at property #06-0-005 will follow and replace the existing split-rail fence. The new fence at property 07-0-007 will be located on the western edge of the house, connected to the existing deck and roughly following the "yard line" wrapping to the east to enclose the rear of the house.
