A 20-30 foot deep, by 24-26 inch, diameter hole will be dug for the purpose of installing a set of flexible pipes that water will run through to act as a heat exchanger with the earth. The site is an existing lot, zoned residential. The land on which the activities are likely to be completed are part of larger development that have complied with CEQA requirements.
