Document Description
The Project is to upgrade the telecommunication infrastructure by installing fiber optic cable and power conduits within a 20-mile stretch of railroad right-of-way, which crosses several ephemeral streams. The purpose of the Project is to allow for electronic tracking and management of train traffic. Conduit installation at the stream crossings will consist of either plowing, trench excavation, sawing, or boring.
