Document Description
Compton Community College District ("CCCD") has approved a Project to replace existing structures and facilities with one new structure at the CCCD/El Camino College Compton Center campus. The replacement building is located in the northwest quadrant of the campus and is a minimum of 1600; from the nearest PL. The Project replaces 6 classroom structures that have exceeded their useful life-cycle and do not conform to code requirements for seismic safety, structural stability, accessibility and fire/safety. The structure(s) will not increase capacity but will provide a safe, code complaint learning environment. The Project provides negligible or no expansion capacity.
