Document Description
The purpose of the permit modification is to address changes to the current closure work plan for the facility. These changes include the following: the closure schedule is extended to allow for DTSC review of the revised Closure Work Plan, execution during the wet season versus dry season in order to accommodate significant rain events that may extend the duration of field activities, revise the expected year of final closure to 2016 as reflected in the revised Closure Work Plan, and add to the revised Closure Work Plan an additional option for decontamination for scarification of concrete surfaces.
