This is not a hazardous waste site and all clean-up will be done pursuant to all applicable safety procedures for clean-up handling and disposal. In accordance with the State CEQA Guidelines for implementations of the California Environmental Quality act, and with the California State University CEQA Guidelines, the University hereby declares that it has approved the above-named project
