Document Description
The proposed action includes potholing with pressurized water and vacuum extraction to locate underground utilities at six locations as described above. Potholes would be up to 12-inches in diameter. Potholed areas wouild be restored to same condition prior to start of work. Debris would be removed from levee slopes.
