- The project is limited to the following activities: trimming of Himalayan blackberry bushes intermixed with poison oak that have become impassable to foot traffic and monitoring and maintenance efforts at stream crossings (i.e. culvert and bridge crossings) on city streets (each trimmed area will generally include under 100 linear feet of stream). Trash and rubble removal that are not embedded within the stream bed, bank or channel may also be removed.
