The California Department of General Services (DGS) is performing tenant improvements on the 7th Floor of the annexed building (constructed in 1996) in order for the Department of Rehabilitation to occupy vacated space. The tenant improvements include building a demising wall, expanding the existing conference room, install a new reception counter, upgrade cabinetry, signage, and install assistive listening device to comply with the American's with Disabilities Act.
