Document Description
The project site spans two residential housing developments which will border the southwest, west, north, and east portions of the site. A parked is proposed to border the south border. In total the school will have a master plan capacity of 750 students totaling 37 classrooms and 67,920 sf of new construction. The school will operate from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. In addition to classrooms a library, computer lab, multipurpose room with kitchen and choir and band rooms. An administration building will be constructed which will house principals offices, staff lounge, meeting rooms and nurses office. The campus will include 18 restrooms. Included in the project will be three balls fields with a running track, four hardcourts for physical education and lunch/break time exercise, and a kindergarten playground.
