Document Description
The California Water Service Company is proposing to increase storage capacity for the water system by installing a 3.86-million gallon tank along with a 1-MG tank, designated Phase 1 and Phase 2, respectively. The Project would double storage capacity at existing Mid-Peninsula District (MPS) Station 27 from 5 MG to approximately 10 MG. Phase 1 includes the installation of the new 3.86-MG concrete storage tank (161 ft. in diameter and 35 ft. in height), and also associated piping and accessories for connecting to the existing distribution system. Phase 2 will include installation of the 1-MG tank (80 ft. in diameter and 32 ft. in height) and associated piping and accessories to connect to the existing distribution system.
