Document Description
On May 26, 2015, East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) approved a one-year water transfer agreement to purchase up to 12,000 acre-feet of water from Placer County Water Agency. The transfer water would be released from PCWA's Middle Fork American River Project reservoirs and can be conveyed through the existing Freeport Regional Water Project and EBMUD facilities to meet water supply shortages within EBMUD's service area. Additional details are provided in Attachment A.
