Document Description
The proposed project consists of a two-phase project. Phase 1 includes a CEQA/NEPA review and resource surveys. Phase 2 includes all project restoration deliverables (tamarisk and perennial pepperweed eradication, riparian and serpentine chaparral revegetation, and serpentine grassland restoration and barbed goatgrass inhibition). Phase 2 will be reviewed under a separate grant application.
