The Proposed Project would demolish the existing structures located on the 8.57-acre project site and construct 108 single-family detached homes at a density of approximately 12.6 units per acre. The Proposed Project would require a General Plan Amendment from School to Medium Density Residential and a zone change from R-1-7500 Residential Zone (Single-Family) to RD (Multiple-Family) with a Planned Community Development (PCD) Overlay.
