Document Description
The project involves one encroachment; repair and replace an existing, failing retaining wall along the Noyo River. Specific project components include: a) remove existing pilings and boards, b) install new steel pilings and new pressure-treated boards, c) install backfill material consisting of drain rock, and d) relocate all unusable wood, asphalt and other similar materials to a licensed landfill. The replacement retaining wall will not encroach beyond the footprint of the existing wall.
