Document Description
The project is limited to the repair of a collapsed pipe riser. The project activities will include removal of a willow tree slump by grinding the stump and root portion closest to the pipe, inserting a new 16-inch steel pipe inside the 18-inch existing pipe, inserting a flange that will hang from a small concrete collar or rock/cobble circle, and planting the site with two California rose plants.
