The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment Rezone and Tentative Map to subdivide approximately 11.34 acres into fifty-eight residential lots and associated street, sewer, water and storm drainage improvements. The project site is currently designated as Medium Density Residential and is located within the R-2, Multi-Family Residential zone district. The proposed GPA would designate the project site for Low Density Residential land uses. The proposed rezone would modify the project site's existing R-2 zone to a PD zoning district.
