The proposed changes to Title 23 clarify the intent to preserve the rural character of the Sheldon Commercial area and modify a few special use restrictions and development standards applicable to the Rural Commercial Combining Zone. These amendments are consistent with the General Plan and subsequent development is subject to discretional design review and/or use permit.
