Document Description
Project's primary elements are to repair and stabilize a series of slipouts that occurred in March 2011 following a severe rain-storm. Proposed repairs include construction of two rock buttresses, installation of a buried cast-in-drilled hole pile system with rock slope protection culverts, and culvert headwalls replacements, and reconstruction of the roadway at each location.
