Document Description
The Capay Joint Union Elementary School District proposes to add to the existing Capay Joint Union Elementary School campus by adding two 3,120 sf classroom buildings that each include 5 classroom instructional spaces & restroom; modernizing the fire suppression system by adding 2 new 20,000-gallon water tanks, a water pressure pump, & a fire hydrant system; adding a water pressure pump for domestic water use & a 144 sf pump house; enhancing the existing on-site septic system by expanding a septic leach field & adding a 1,500-gallon septic tank; removing an abandoned septic leach field; reconfiguring/restriping the existing paved parking & loading/unloading area; paving the bus drop-off area; moving all 3 of the existing relocatable buildings; constructing a fire access lane into the campus; & removing a mobile trailer.
