Document Description
Proposed project would repair failing structural underpinnings of an existing waterfront house and pier. To accomplish this, the following actions will be performed:
* Wrapping the house and pier piles with plastic polyethylene sheeting;
* Installing a reinforced concrete jacket around a failing beam; and
* Sealing cracks in concrete support structures by injecting an inert epoxy into the cracks.
