Document Description
CDCR will implement a number of small health care facility improvements at COR to remedy deficiencies to the areas of primary care, specialty care, pharmacy, laboratory, health records, and administrative segregation unit (ASU) clinic. To accomplish the necessary improvements, CDCR will renovate and expand the primary care clinics at Facilities 3A, 3B, 3C, 4A, and 4B; renovate and expand central health services; renovate health records and the pharmacy; and construct a new ASU primary care clinic. The clinic renovations and expansions will provide primary health care treatment and consultation that are consistent with the delivery of a Basic level of care.
