The project is a new 4,283 sf single-family 3-story residence w/attached 2 car garage, covered porch areas, and swimming pool w/spa. Total covered area including house, garage, covered porches and storage & mechanical room is 5.431 sf. Access to the site will be off of Cross Creek Road via driveway with 2,647 sf of impervious paving. Conceptual grading proposed is 1,150 cy cut and 403 cy fill with 747 cy export ("Project").
