CHP proposes to acquire approximately 3.99 acres of land at Summer Lane, north of Washington Boulevard, in Crescent City, Del Norte County, California. The property to be used for the relocation and replacement of the Northern Division Crescent City Area Office. The current building and service structures are inadequate to house the number of employees, related equipment, and other support needs. Future actions, to include development of the property, will undergo a complete environmental compliance review under CEQA when a project description and project funding is available.
